Arje holds a Higher Certificate in Exercise Science and is currently a first-year student pursuing a degree in Physiotherapy.

Passionate about performance, movement, and athlete development, Arje combines his academic journey with his love for rugby — playing full-time at UXI and representing the Harlequins Rugby Club.

With a strong focus on understanding how the body moves and performs under pressure, Arje is driven by a desire to help athletes reach their full potential through scientific training, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. His dedication both on the field and in the classroom reflects his commitment to excellence, discipline, and continuous growth in the world of sport and human performance.

Arje is also Blazepod FRX Certified, meaning he has been trained in Flash Reflex (FRX) training — an innovative reaction and performance system that enhances athletic agility, cognitive processing, and decision-making under pressure. This certification complements his physciotherapy journey, equipping him with the skills to apply cutting-edge technology to improve movement efficiency, speed, and performance outcomes.
